THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT OF TRAINING AND EDUCATION IN DUTIES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP FOR YOUNG PERSONS IN THE NORFOLK ARMY CADET FORCE AND HELPING SUCH YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITY SO THAT THEY MAY REACH FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND GOOD CITIZENS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
