Enabling older people in Redcar & Cleveland to remain living in their own homes for longer than otherwise by providing a befriending service and community days with activities from:- Regular visits from a volunteer, accompanied shopping, accompanied visits to doctors and hospital, dog walking, gardening and decorating, occasional social trips and short holidays.
