To promote for the public benefit such purposes as are charitable according to the law of England & Wales, in particular but not exclusively those charitable purposes which benefit the communities local to offices of Marston Group Limited (Marston) or its successor company (the objects). The trustees must use the income and may use the capital of the trust in promoting the objects.
