Activities - how the charity spends its money
We run activities at the Manchester Centre for Buddhist Meditation to enable people to learn the Samatha Meditation Practice and to generally help the advancement of the practice. We offer free beginners' meditation classes, study courses for those who have completed the initial meditation course, days of practice, monthly puja's, and a singing and Tai Chi group.
