The Charities main aim is to engage local people into positive physical activities that improve Health and Wellbeing. As part of the delivery plan we provide a range of sports/physical activities & resources, sports and fitness coaches, youth and community workers. We also provide 1 to 1/group sessions on healthy eating, mental health, sports leadership, training.
