Thorpe Prebend acts as a Heritage Centre for the Cathedral and houses 50 exhibits which unviel the Story of Ripon and the Cathedral over the centuries. Schools use the house to show pupils what life was like in Jacobean times. Local organisations hold lectures in Thorpe Predend on histoic events.
