PACL works to promote Penarth Pier Pavilion as a resource to enrich the lives of everyone in the local community and beyond. We also support or deliver art and craft exhibitions and art education programmes within the locality. In addition we seek to sustain and renovate heritage buildings, including Penarth Pier Pavilion.
