THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO CARRY OUT ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE OF THE BLACK MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHICH SHALL BE DEFINED AS THE CITY OF WOLVERHAMPTON AND IN PARTICULAR THE AREA OF GRAISLEY AND PENNFIELDS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE, ADVICE AND SOLUTIONS TO FAMILY AND COMMUNITY ISSUES AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF SOCIAL, ECONOMICAL, SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY.
