A Christian Recovery Programme open to both male and females, of any faith or none, suffering with emotional difficulties such as eating disorders, self harm and other dysfunctional coping mechanisms. Offers a supportive environment providing group and individual support that aims to build self esteem and overcome negative patterns of thinking and behaviour.
