Support4SDR Wales aims to promote and protect the physical and mental health of people who have Cerebral Palsy and live in Wales, pre or post Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy surgery. (i) provide support, education & practical advice (ii) assisting in provision of services not normally provided by statutory authorities (iii) advancing the education of professionals, officials & the general public
