1. THE PROMOTION AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY, CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF THE CHURCH FARM MUSEUM, SKEGNESS AND OF THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. 2. THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION, LEARNING, OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE A NEED OF SUCH FACILITY BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND/OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION AND QUALITY OF LIFE. 3.
