(2)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CHINESE MANDARIN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, ENGLISH ESOL CLASSES AND IN CHINESE CULTURE AND HERITAGE BY THE PROVISION OF A SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOL AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. (3)SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
