WAY (CIO) recruit people with specialist skills that they can share with young people, skills range in performing arts, sport, cookery and craft, and deliver activities with a range of youth organisations operating in deprived areas of Worcester City. We also manage Medway Youth and Community Centre, delivering play and youth activities, and facilitate the use of the centre by the community.
