C4 improves the living conditions, mental and physical well-being of people in Camden by galvanising private, public and voluntary sector support to provide services and facilities. We provide: 17 centres located at the heart of the community. more than 25,000 people access our support every week. we tackle poverty, inequality, unemployment, ill-health, disadvantage and social isolation.

Charitable objects

1) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CAMDEN AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND 2) TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER CHARITIES WITH PURPOSES THE SAME AS OR SIMILAR TO OBJECT 1), BOTH IN THE ATTAINMENT OF THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN THEIR ADMINISTRATION.
