THE PROVISION OF A PRIZE OR PRIZES FOR SHOOTING TO BE COMPETED FOR ANNUALLY BY THE ROYAL LONDON MILITIA OR THE UNIT FOR THE TIME BEING REPRESENTING THE ROYAL LONDON MILITIA. IF THE INCOME CANNOT BE SO APPLIED THEN IT SHALL BE APPLIED IN PROVIDING PRIZES FOR SKILL IN THE HANDLING AND THE USE OF WEAPONS, SUCH PRIZES TO BE COMPETED FOR BY SUCH UNIT OR UNITS OF THE TERRITORIAL ARMY UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF LONDON TERRITORIAL AND AUXILIARY FORCES ASSOCIATION AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT.
