SUCH PERSONS MAY BE OF EITHER SEX MARRIED OR SINGLE AND NO PERSON SHALL BE INELIGIBLE OR CONSIDERED A LESS DESERVING OBJECT OF THE CHARITY BY REASON OR ON ACCOUNT OF HIS OR HER RELIGIOUS OPINIONS.
