THE HARINGTON SCHEME IS AN UNIQUE LEARNING PROGRAMME FOR PEOPLE, MAINLY YOUNG PEOPLE, WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR DIFFICULTIES TO HELP THEM INTO EMPLOYMENT, FURTHER EDUCATION OR A MORE REWARDING LIFE THROUGH APPROPRIATE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. SET UP AS A CHARITY BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN 1980, THE SCHEME IS SITUATED IN HIGHGATE AND ATTRACTS LEARNERS FROM THE NORTH AND CENTRAL LONDON AREA.
